I took this photo after I finished taking photos for my nendoroid Kirino Kousaka review. I just can’t bring myself to throw them away. They even have a special place in my closet, safe from direct sunlight.

It’s the 1-year anniversary of the arrival of my first nendos (give or take a couple of weeks)!
About this time last year, I received my first nendoroids: Black Rock Shooter, Azu-nyan, and Jiei-tan. I don’t remember the exact date, but it was definitely sometime in late August or September. Being the nendo fanatic that I am, I photographed them before I took them out of their boxes and even before I took them out of the shipping box.
Finally, I had my own nendoroids in my possession! Azu-nyan from K-ON! was on top. Her box was turned upside-down, supposedly to protect her more in case something pierced the shipping box.
