I’ve been thinking of making a speech bubble tutorial for a while now, and with someone asking me how I do it, I decided that now was as good a time as any to tell you guys how. As with anything in Photoshop, there are probably a dozen different ways to do this. This is simply my way of doing it. Also, for inquiring minds, I use Photoshop CS3, but this could most likely be done in any version of Photoshop with a few minor differences.
